Location: 1000 NW 17th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33445
Status: Full-Time – Non-Exempt

Primary Function: Responsible for performing outbound/inbound calls for Falcon cases and GL reconciliations. Provide training for all new hires to the Card Services Department. Assist members with Visa card products dispute requests.  Maintain full knowledge of all credit union products and services for the purpose of explaining and promoting new accounts, credit, debit products and services to our membership.

Job Duties:

  • Receive inbound calls from members stemming from Falcon automated call outs for verification.
  • Process Visa card products dispute claims in a timely, accurate and efficient manner keeping losses minimal for the credit union and membership.
  • Assist Manager in providing training to all new employees in the Card Services Department.
  • Provide coverage to internal and external Members through card services call center.
  • Complete balance transfers, account inquires and maintenance, monitor account activity.
  • Index dispute and fraud cases to on base.
  • Monitor and upload CAM’s our system.
  • Assist with monthly Visa statement process.
  • Serve as backup to daily settlement.
  • Serve as back to all positions in department.

Location: 1135 Mt. Zion Road
Status: Full-Time – Exempt

Primary Function: Provide leadership and direct staff with overall sales, service and educational operations of a full-service Operations Branch.  Maintain service excellence, optimal product sales growth and effective e-commerce education.  

 

Job Requirements: Job requires a four year college level of language, math and reasoning skills and three or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.  Formal position training should be supplemented with continuing education.  

Job Duties:

  • Direct daily branch operations.Supervise the security of branch operations.Implement and execute all management approved decisions.
  • Monitor and recommend improvements in areas of daily operations & productivity.
  • Assign workflow to ensure excellent service to the membership and to reduce OT. Responsible for providing additional coverage where needed to meet departmental goals.
  • Supervise the lending process within the branch adhering to authority limits established in the Loan Policy.
  • Establish Sales Goals for branch staff.
  • Provide analysis of reviews to focus on ways to improve products and services.Ensure product acceptability through continuous focus on competition.
  • Develop department budget consistent with strategic plan and overall CU budget.
  • Coordinate and support a comprehensive employee learning and development program that enhances knowledge, skills, and performance of the individual.
  • Provide recommendations for hiring, terminations, promotions, transfers, performance appraisals, training and development, and interpretation of credit union rules and policies.Conduct all personnel functions in accordance with applicable statues as provided by Human Resources.
  • Prepare standardized reports and develop customized reports as directed by management.
  • Maintain all branch compliance audits are complete.
  • Act as backup for all branch positions.
